There comes a time in life when we need to shed our old belief systems because they are no longer serving us. We have to begin the process of bringing these beliefs into the light of our conscience awareness and challenging them so that we can step into growth and expansion. A lot of our beliefs came from when we were young and we made agreement with them in our hearts and have never questioned them before. It is usually through emotional pain that we begin to get ready to let these maladaptive beliefs go.
Therapy can help us get in touch with parts our ourselves that have been stuck and wounded; the broken or lost parts of ourselves that long to be made whole again.
